Proper spelling and grammar must be used at all times.
Self explanatory. There is no need to exclude spelling, grammar, and punctuality.
Please refrain from clogging the dashboard.
This means cut all posts when they get too long, reblog as text, keep OOC posts to a minimum, and no photo spamming. Try to keep all your posts in character and related to the roleplay, any OOC posts should be very brief.
Stay active.
If you do not come online for 5 days or more without notifying the admins beforehand, we will assume you have decided to leave the roleplay and your role will be reopened. If you plan on leaving the group, please message the main blog and wait till we reply before deactivating.
Follow your bio.
We have put time and effort into creating each personality. Character development is encouraged and required, but please do not try to change your character’s personality. (Example; Character A is a vengeful, sadistic character. They tend to isolate themselves and enjoy hurting others for pleasure. They are spiteful and rude around company. Character A will not likely be kind and social with others.)
If the bio states that Character A is best friends with Character B, A and B must interact often. This goes both ways; if Character C and D are enemies, they will not be kind towards each other. That being said, please try to stay true to the other relationships in the biography as well.
If there are changes you’d like to make or details you are unsure of, please ask us before moving forward with your character.
Ships are negotiable, unless stated in the bio. If the bio mentions that your character has a set ship, take your time with character development, but we’d like to see the characters get together eventually. In the mean time, your character can have relationships with others as well. If your bio does not mention a specific ship, you can decide who you’d like your character to end up with, as long as it’s alright with the admins and the other player. Keep everything as realistic as possible.
Face claims will not be changed.
You may roleplay as more than one character.
You may play up to four characters, as long as you are able to stay equally active on each account. If we see that you are becoming inactive on one account, we will reopen your role.
Password for the application form is “avenger”.
Adult themes are allowed.
Considering the violent and graphic nature of the Kick-Ass comics and film, we will allow profanity, violence, and mild sexuality.
If you characters are going to partake in an event involving sex or mature themes, please put it under a “read more” tab.
Rape and incest will not be tolerated. Although sexual abuse was implied in the comics, we’d prefer to not include these events due to the extreme nature.
Violence is obviously going to be involved, but don’t go around killing every character without discussing the possible plot with the admins’ permission first. All character deaths must be approved by the admins first. Also when involving violence, please be realistic. Your character can not dodge every single bullet shot at them or snap off every person’s limbs. Keep in mind that most of these characters are teenagers with basic weapons and not professionally trained assassins.
Keep your ask box open at all times.
It’s your choice whether or not you’d like to enable the anonymous option, but keep your ask box open so other roleplayers and the admins can contact you.
Reservations last 24 hours.
If there is an open character you would like to apply for, you may reserve them if you don’t plan on sending in your application right away. Please note that reservations do not guarantee you the role, other people may still audition and the role will go to whoever we believe suits the character. Once you have been accepted, you have 24 hours to send in the link to your character’s blog.
Interact with everyone.
Refrain from creating cliques, despite what side your character is on. But think logically speaking, members of Justice Forever will not be best friends with a member of the Toxic Mega Cunts (at least not knowingly).
